'We were in town for a funeral. Check in was at 1:00 pm and the funeral was at 2:00. We got to the hotel at 12:45 and the reception was extremely rude. 'If you’re out here to visit Bossier and/or Shreveport with a casino night to call it a day, this is your ideal place to be. I had a regular King room newly renovated. Besides the room being bigger than average and a bathtub that can fit 2 people , it’s a basic stay. Large room but with the basics like anywhere else wich makes the unused space feel kinda wasted. 'Everything was in order and it is not some run down house. Big place with a lot of old times interior and wood carving. The outside is big and great for sitting in peace. I liked the location for getting up to the national forest but also to Lake Bistenau and of course around town. '
