'My stay was very brief, however everything, from the comfortable bed, and clean room, to the breakfast before leaving was wonderful. I also appreciated that they are pet friendly!'

'The room was outdated. Pillows SMALL... smaller than throw pillows! It was stuffy despite turning the AC down. The tub was stained and had paint chipping. But the worst? The TV remote wasn't working and the TV said to we had to set up a Samsung remote with our Smartphone. My husband tried. Was denied. I tried and denied. Called and desk clerk said they'd inform maintance. Nothing was done. Wasn't given wash rags. Desk clerk said some will be up with them. Nope. I have to stay in Bloomington...

'A pleasant stay'

'Tv's didn't work when we checked in. Took few hours to get them working then it kept going in and out. Worked fine in the morning. Coffee maker didnt work but they did replace it.parking was difficult making unloading luggage difficult. Staff was friendly and tried hard to be accommodating. '

'This property was under going renovation at the time of our stay. This was not disclosed to us at the time of booking.'

'The bathroom floor hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned. The upholstery on the couch was dirty. When we arrived Saturday evening there was a pile of dirty towels in the hallway, they were still there the next morning. We will not stay at this property again. '

'The entire hotel was immaculate, the front desk was very accommodating and helpful! Requested a high floor at check in and was given a room on the top floor! Didn’t utilize the bar or restaurant, but saw a lot of guests enjoying the area! Parking was easy and wasn’t charged for using it!'

'The bathroom toilet leaked, the room smelled of the pool chlorine ( we were on the 5th floor, facing the pool) and no staff greeted to us. Would not stay there again. '

'It was decent until I saw a mouse on my bedside table the next morning. Not gonna lie, really didn’t like that. I called the front desk and they offered to move me to another room but since I was checking out in five hours, I didn’t feel like it was necessary. There were ants around the syrup container lid in the breakfast area. But other than that, it was a nice stay. Plenty of restaurants and very convenient.'

'Never again! No comfortable chair in room, only one straight backed kitchen chair. No coffee in room, available only 6--9 am. Paint was peeling from the base of the shower, showing the under base, no way to be sure it was clean. Turn the light off...we are done!! Worst stop on a four-day trip!'
