« Perfect for a solo traveler, or for a loving couple who just need the basics and not much space. Safeway within walking distance. Working class neighborhood, but not seedy. Property surrounded by new, high fence, so I felt safe. Quiet, except for neighbors' dogs who occasionally have bark fests. But these are infrequent and not loud. « My stay was absolutely lovely. Was here for work so this was really nice to have especially with the location being SUPER close to the university. Quiet neighborhood. Home is on the older side and not as modern but still great. Easy process, property manager was super helpful and quick to respond.
