'Excellent location. The property is walking distance to 4th Ave., downtown, and the streetcar. The only issue with the property is the size of the bathroom. Fortunately, we are both a little smaller than the average person so it was manageable, but it would be very hard to shower or use the toilet comfortably for most people.'

'We had an absolutely wonderful stay here! The space was clean, cozy, and incredibly well-stocked with all the items needed to make a 2-week stay comfortable. Notably, the kitchen had everything needed to actually prepare and serve meals: cookware, utensils, dishes, spices, etc. PLUS two ways to prepare coffee!The bathroom was also thoughtfully complete with all neccessities.Small touches throughout made it feel like home. The live orchid and small fountain in the livingroom were fabulous...

'Bob was extremely accommodating. We got in late and had planned to park on the property and he was up waiting for us at close to midnight. For my money that’s above and beyond. Additionally, there were some sodas and water available for our use.Laundry on the facility was available and the limit was one load a day, which is very generous.The Neighborhood felt safe and parking on the street was easy. 'This is a sweet little place to stay! Very cozy and comfortable. It was perfect for my needs--a bed, a shower, and easy access to the places I was going. And I booked last minute. The mattress left something to be desired and there wasn't a way to cool things down in the heat other than the fan, but otherwise a perfect retreat. I love the back terrace and all the plants around.'
