Private 5-bedroom Beachfront Estate w/Heated Pool on Pink Sand Beach

Endless Summer is a private 5-bedroom, 5-bath estate on secluded pink sand beach in Double Bay, just 15 minutes from the historic town of Governor's Harbour. Endless Summer has a beautiful new (heated) beachfront pool.

This grand home's great room boasts floor to ceiling windows, allowing unobstructed ocean views from the living and dining areas. The kitchen, which also has ocean views, is fully stocked with everything you need for cooking a family meal. The great room looks out across the vast ocean-view and pool-view patio, which extends the full lenth of the house and is furnished for outdoor lounging, dining, and grilling.

Back inside, two bedrooms are located on each side of the large great room, allowing for privacy for multiple family rentals. 3 of the 4 bedrooms offer an en suite bathroom. The 4th bedroom has a bathroom across the hall.

Two of the bedrooms, including the master, have ocean views and access to the ocean-view patio. The extra-large master bedroom features a sitting area with French doors leading to the patio and an oversized suken tub. Two of the bedrooms, including the master, have king beds, and two have queen beds.

A short walk from the back patio brings you to the pool, and just past it, our beautiful 2-mile-long pink-sand beach with a private palapa. Kayaks, snorkel equipment, beach toys, beach towels and four beach chairs are available for your use. An outdoor shower is available on your way back to the house to rinse off after a day at the beach.

Endless Summer also offers a one bedroom cottage with an ocean view located a short walk from the main house. It's available for an extra charge of $900 per week, which also pays for two extra guests. The cottage has a bedroom with a double bed, a full bath, a living room with a sofa, chair, and flat screen TV with DVD player, a dining area, and a kitchenette. The guest cottage even has its own path to the beach for extra privacy. If you rent the Main House but do not need the guest cottage, it will be locked off and NOT rented to someone else. You will not have to share the estate with other guests.

Endless Summer also has two rollaway beds for extra guests, giving the house a maximum capacity of 12 guests.

Endless Summer is equipped to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Amenities include central air conditioning, back-up generator, satellite TV (in the great room only), a DVD player with video library, WiFi, a stereo system with CD player, and a library of books and games. Housekeeping is provided once during a one-week stay.

Rates are on a sliding scale based on the number of guests. We set the rates this way to make the property more affordable for smaller groups who use less utilities and put less wear and tear on the house. If you enter the correct number of guests, the reservation system will calculate the rates correctly.

Privacy with a view!

Endless Summer was a great location for our group. The view of the Atlantic was spectacular - especially the sunrise. We had the beach almost to ourselves. Great sun all day by the pool, which is protected from the ocean wind by natural vegetation. A short drive across the Queens Highway gets you to the calm waters of the Caribbean and beautiful sunsets. A few really good restaurants within a short drive provide a great mix of dining options - all on the water. The house could use a few updates but overall it is a terrific property, very comfortable and a great location. We would definitely go back.

Loved it!

We just wrapped up our stay and it was wonderful. The house was in very good shape. The private beach and pool were immaculate. We would definitely recommend Endless Summer. A couple things we wish we were told before we arrived were: 1.) Ten Bay beach is just down the road on the Caribbean side. It’s an incredible beach. We wish we had known about it sooner. 2.) There is a water cooler provided in the house. Two jugs and if you need a refill, you can do it just down the road at the Farmer’s Market. 3.) The Farmer’s Market! Alcohol, sodas, fresh veggies, breakfast foods are all available. It’s open 9-4. Had we known these things in advance it would have simplified the trip as Eleuthera is not very developed. That said though, it didn’t really matter. The house was great, Anne was helpful, and the views are amazing!

The property was everything it appeared to be in the photos on the VRBO site..

Huge private property on a pristine beach. The pool was perfect and the ocean was spectacular for riding the waves. The views were spectacular. The living area was comfortable . It had all the kitchen gadgets we needed to make a gourmet meal. The water dispenser was a great perk too! We had one complaint and that was the refrigerator. It had both drawers so broken that we had to remove them and the freezer was a drawer that also was very difficult to open or close. The great room ceiling fan broke on day one but they had great screans so it was all good. We will be back❤️

Family Vacation

Great property for family vacation. Awesome pool and beach access. Wifi a bit slow but we wanted family time so no issue. Furnishings a bit dated but clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Paradise!

Endless Summer was such a great vacation home! Double Bay beach is absolutely stunning, we saw maybe a few people from very far away the entire time. The house was big, bright, and airy. It accommodated our family wonderfully. Anne, the house manager, was so very nice and quick to respond to texts and emails. The housekeeper, Shelly, and the Gardner, Cidoo, were so nice, and made our stay beautiful. Endless Summer is a wonderful home! You will not be disappointed.

Beautiful beachfront home!!

Endless Summer was the perfect home for our group of 12 people. It had the best stretch of beach, and a beautiful heated pool! The great room had soaring ceilings, and a wall of windows to enjoy the most spectacular views. The property manager was so wonderful to work with, and was very responsive! We can't wait to return to Eleuthera!

Peaceful and Relaxing week!

We spent a week at Endless Summer. It's a beautiful house on a stretch of gorgeous beach. We enjoyed walks on the beach, swimming in our pool, and exploring the island. It is centrally located on the approximately 100 mile long island. We drove both north - to Harbor Island - and south - to Cape Eleuthera. Although we cooked at night, we enjoyed lunches at Tippy's. We went to Anne's Farm Market several times and stocked up on fresh greens, home baked bread, cinnamon rolls and hot sauces. One day we purchased lobster tails as the fishermen were bringing them to the dock at Governor's Harbor! Endless Summer has everything you need! Just pack you bathing suit!!

Beautiful Home & Beach

The house was even more beautiful in person. Huge rooms, spacious, perfect condition. Maids came twice a week which was a huge bonus & they did an amazing job. Matthew & Anne were a huge help with recommendations & making all arrangements go smoothly. & answering any questions very promptly. They both checked in regularly to make sure that everything was going ok. Double bay is great long beach, perfect for long walks & no one in site. We visited Ten Bay beach (shallow & flat water) & Lighthouse Beach-both are a must see!! We also did the swimming hole in Rock Sound. I was very hesitant after reading some reviews thinking it wouldnt be clear water. Bring bread & feed the fish & its amazing. The kids all loved it & pictures turned out great! The perfect part of this is that its centrally located on the island so that you can do day trips to the north & south. If we were at one end of the island, we would have never done that! Rock Sound has the biggest grocery store & takes credit cards-but its worth the trip. Governors Harbor grocery is very small & is cash only. The glass bridge is cool-but dont venture out to just see that--piggy back it on with stopping at some other beaches or taking water taxi to spanish wells for the day. Wifi in the house was not working consistently-they came several times to work on it but it still wasnt working consistently-its my understanding that they are trying to work on this to fix it. Also as mentioned in a previous review-there are frogs in the cistern which were extremely loud & could be heard from one bedroom closet where access panel is.My kids slept in that room but if it were me i wouldnt have been able to sleep. Its also my understanding that the owners are working on this problem. This is one of the best properties that i've ever stayed at. We travel every year and would absolutely return to this same house & location.
