'This place is perfect for exploring beaches and also having a pool. Located in the middle of the island its convenient to go either North or South. Jethro is hands down the best home owner we have ever rented from. Immediate response in person if needed. Even though right on Banks Rd the privacy is perfect! Looking forward to returning to this beautiful island and will definitely return to Tradewinds!'

'I have been going to Eleuthera for over 20 years. Every home is different and being on a remote island has its challenges for property owners. This home sits on a great beach with plenty of privacy. It was very clean and the check in process was super easy. Some items are worn, but everything works. The bed in the blue bedroom sways and is super soft (the only negative). Awesome view and nice location.'

'The water was beautiful and we really enjoyed the beach at rainbow bay. It’s challenging to get around the settlements because there are very few street signs or signage on businesses. Don’t be afraid to ask around for what you what. We found it to be the easiest.'

'This is a fantastic house in a fantastic location on a fantastic natural island. The house sleeps 8 very comfortably and provides every modern convenience. A refreshing pool is two steps from the back balcony door and diving and snorkeling are a mere 10 yards further in your private back yard with stairwell down to the water. Everyone loved jumping off the ledge into the crystal blue water. Beautiful views from every window in home. Great local restaurants just 3 miles down the road in lovely...

'We enjoyed our 10-day stay. The sweet house was everything we expected—Clean, well designed and organized, and close to Governor’s Harbor as well as points north and south. The weather was hotter than we expected, but AC worked well. I especially enjoyed daily “workouts in the small and very clean pool. Jethro, who lives nearby, was particularly helpful with suggestions for restaurants and activities. Highly recommend.'

'This great house is located at the the most beautiful bay of the island. It’s a lot of fun to explore the island but it isn’t necessary. You are a few footsteps away from the best the island has to offer. The house is spacious and has everything you need. The only strange thing is the very narrow spiral staircase to the first floor. With stuff you will have to go to the first floor via the outside stairs. Contact with the owner and caretaker was very fast and excellent!'

'We had another amazing stay at this amazing cozy cottage! Words can't describe how much we love this place! The cottage is lovely ~ has everything you need, super clean, comfortable, and private. It's conveniently located to explore the island & nearby to excellent grocery options. The Senza Nome property is beautiful & well maintained & Double Bay beach is perfection. 'Having seen the images and read the reviews we knew we were going somewhere nice but none of that does this place justice. It is super clean inside the cottage with everything we needed for our almost 2 weeks stay and we had the whole beach/bay to ourselves! The view is truly amazing and the water is shallow very far out so it was great for walking in and swimming (with water shoes for the rocky shore). Screened in porch is great! 'Property was clean and ease of use for the amenities. Relaxing and great location to many sites. Driveway access was sometimes a challenge (view obstructions).'

'Well located on the center of the island, 8 min walk to a quiet beach. Super clean apartment, friendly owner. We appreciated the beach chairs we could take along with us. The only disappointment is that we thought from the listing the large balcony facing the ocean would be private and adjacent to our unit, but it is the owner's balcony which we could access. No direct ocean view from our apartment.'

'This cabin was accurately described in the listing - it had all the basic necessities. The bed was comfortable and the living space was open with lots of windows. And of course, the beach with a lovely swimming area and no one else around was wonderful. Loved the hammock! We knew about the cold shower and were fine with that. The only downside was the resident dog (not Rain). He's young, friendly and playful. Also ill-mannered, mouthy, jumps up, nips at toes and legs and barks like a maniac...

'House is very nice - also quite remote feeling but not far from restaurants and Governor’s Harbor. The beach is beautiful! Tenielle was a wonderful host! The only thing that could use repair is the long driveway. However, it is like many driveways on Eleuthera so I think you just have to expect it (but don’t be surprised as it’s quite a bumpy road).'
