« Parking was simple. Unfortunately the noise level from traffic was annoying. The suite was spacious and the staff really paid attention to detail. I would stay again and maybe ask for a room away from the main traffic. They don’t provide that continental breakfast and that’s fine. How many dried sausages can one eat? Overall comfortable and spacious. Full refrigerator and two televisions which is rare unless you are in Vegas. It’s Dothan so it’s minutes from everywhere. Not sure if it was a...

« CONS: Window was missing a curtain and instead was covered with what appeared to be a painter's tarp (with eraser-size holes in it, too); bed was very firm and we didn't sleep well; closet doors would not close flush; and the internet Wi-Fi was not consistent to access and when the signal dropped our phones switched to 5G. PROS: Staff was very nice; check-in was easy; room was clean; and breakfast was very good. »

« My wife & I were traveling for business upon arrival we informed the front desk woman that we had our ESA dog with us for my wife’s anxiety & depression. She let us know that basically only service animals were allowed as well as had to be under 30lbs. Also that we had to pay $25. With our written documentation that we had in hand our ESA dog should be able to be housed for free as well as have no restrictions. With our dog being only 20lbs & very well trained she did allow us to all room but...

« I was very disappointed with our stay. The staff wa super nice but the breakfast was not up to the usual Home2Suites standard. If I had been able to eat a biscuit I might have broken a tooth. We went to breakfast around 8 so it shouldn’t have been “the last ones”. No waffles? Just disappointing. »
