'Parking was simple. Unfortunately the noise level from traffic was annoying. The suite was spacious and the staff really paid attention to detail. I would stay again and maybe ask for a room away from the main traffic. They don’t provide that continental breakfast and that’s fine. How many dried sausages can one eat? 'CONS: Window was missing a curtain and instead was covered with what appeared to be a painter's tarp (with eraser-size holes in it, too); bed was very firm and we didn't sleep well; closet doors would not close flush; and the internet Wi-Fi was not consistent to access and when the signal dropped our phones switched to 5G. PROS: Staff was very nice; check-in was easy; room was clean; and breakfast was very good. '

'I was very disappointed with our stay. The staff wa super nice but the breakfast was not up to the usual Home2Suites standard. If I had been able to eat a biscuit I might have broken a tooth. We went to breakfast around 8 so it shouldn’t have been “the last ones”. No waffles? Just disappointing. '

'Staff was rude and told me I can check out when I told her my non-smoking room smelled like cigarette smoke. I was told they don't have another room to give me but parking lot was empty. No free breakfast included as advertised because the person told me it cost to much. Toilet seat broken. No housekeeping making rounds. I had to buy my own toilet tissue and soap for my week stay. Pillow cases dirty. Outside the doorway and grass smell like piss.'
