« Appartement confortable et très bien situé. Le lac et les commerces sont à quelques minutes à pied. Nous avons eu la chance d’avoir du très beau temps pendant notre séjour. Les points négatifs: La veille de notre départ vers l’Italie, nous n’avions reçu aucune information du propriétaire pour le check in. Abritel nous à communiqué les coordonnées du gérant immobilier. Notre arrivée ne leur avait pas été communiquée. Localiser l’appartement n’a pas été simple vu le nombre de résidences. Un...

« Daniel was just amazing and the property has been very thoughtfully managed. Pool is immaculate. Location is just excellent and central to Bellagio. Only point of feedback would be the mattress in the bed being a little more comfortable. We will be back! »

« This apartment was in an awesome location with a spectacular view of the lake. The place was clean with a ton of storage space, but pretty sparsely appointed. We had some difficulty gaining access, as the wonderful italy management process required a contract and tourism tax be paid prior to arrival. Communcation was through WhatsApp and I have better, more prompt response with other properties. Bellagio is a beautiful town but also very busy with tourists. In hindsight, staying at one of the...

« Lovely location and good view from outside space. We had to phone twice in an hour to get the check in information after 3pm. The shower was blocked and very very mouldy on arrival. The blockage was fixed but remained very dirty. Their was a lack of facilities - main light not working in bedroom, bedroom and kitchen not in same apartment, no cover for duvet, only see through net curtains, only one dinner sized bowl/plate, very dirty sofa in kitchen space, stale smell throughout on arrival. »
