'Prima hotel als je super luxe verwacht. Vooral heel blij dat je verschillende kussens kon krijgen want een gewoon verenkussen is funest voor mij dus gekozen voor memory foam wat uitstekend was'

'Hotel was decent overall with a trendy retro theme and friendless staff who speak good English. However WiFi in the room was unreliable and the bed linens were low quality. But the neighborhood is excellent with lots of cool restaurants, cafes and shops nearby.'

'When looking up the hotel on didi it shows up as crowne plaza which made us doubt if it was the correct place. Turns out the hotel used to be a crowne plaza untill before covid.
The hotel is in an absolutely excellent location, the staff was great we enjoyed our stay.
You can definitely see that that the hotel used to be a crowne plaza based on the size of the rooms and the lobby but you can also see why it is no longer a crowne plaza based on how certain things are not quite right...

'Receptie, advies: probeer Engels beter te maken.
Nu als je een vraag hebt, krijg niet altijd een goed antwoord, dit is een werkpunt.
Plus: wat er te doen is in de stad, geen uitleg of advies als je het vraagt,'

'The hotel is decent, and the staff are very nice and friendly. However, I wish they were more proactive in providing important information.
When I asked about visiting Tiananmen Square, they gave me directions but did not mention that I needed to reserve in advance or carry my passport. I ended up walking for an hour only to be turned away because I didn’t have my passport. I had to return to the hotel, make a reservation, and go back the next day.
For a short tourist stay, this was a...

'This is our first trip without joining a tourists to China with our children. Our first stop is Xi’an. Second stop is Beijing. We choose this hotel for many reasons. It is closer to the subway station. We can walk to the Drum Tower and 什剎海。 The plants are inside out. We also wanted non smoking room; which is hard to find. We had experienced many hotels that has smell from the hallway to the room. That is not the case in here. It is definitely non smoking! In compare, this was the most pleasure...

'Absolutely gorgeous hotel. Really beautiful and clean, super comfortable bed, hot showers with good pressure, very friendly and helpful staff. I highly highly recommend staying here, while in Beijing.
The only thing that could improve is their breakfast hours. Breakfast ends at 9:30 which seemed super early, and also the dishes are not kept warm, so they get pretty cold after sitting for a couple hours. A couple of days, I had to eat some cold leftovers. They could also add a couple of higher...
