Vacation Apartment "Villa Adi 2" with Lake View, Wi-Fi, Garden, Pool and Terrace

The 65m2 apartment Villa Adi 2 is located in Domaso, on Lake Como, in northern Lombardy. The apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and can therefore accommodate up to 5 people. The apartment has Wi-Fi, a TV. Children are allowed. Guests can enjoy the view of the lake from the apartment, dine on the open terrace reserved to them enjoying dishes cooked on the shared barbecue or relax in the garden shared with the adjacent apartment. There is also a pool (open from May 15 until the end of the summer season) and outdoor showers in the adjacent Residence where you can relax with a swim.

A restaurant with take-away service is directly attached to the residence and a variety of restaurants, bars, cafes and stores are just a 1-5 minute walk away. The apartment has direct access to the beach and lake. Here, guests can store small boats near the beach or moor larger boats 400 meters away in the nautical center. The boat that circumnavigates the lake and touches all the major points of interest leaves from the harbor, and you'll also find windsurfing and kayaking schools here. There are currently bike paths in the Domaso area that wind through the lake with breathtaking views and mountain scenery, and there is a bike rental store near the property so you can enjoy this local attraction. Milan Malpensa Airport is a 1 hour 44 minute (100 km) drive from the apartment.



The holiday house, located inside a Camping ground, is divided into 2 apartments and can be rented separately or in its entirety.

Pets are allowed (the property is dog-friendly and there is a nearby beach that welcomes four-legged animals).

Parking is possible in the parking area adjacent to the house or in the garage (with closing time).

A charging station for electric cars and electric bicycles is available.
