'Amazing hotel for skiing in Zermatt. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good and with lots of options. The hotel is close to the train station as well as the Gornergrat train. The best part of the hotel is the spa area with sauna, steamroom, onsen, pools etc. Just perfect for relaxing after skiing!'

'Excellent location, great amenities and well appointed rooms. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast options. Pool and spa area are lovely. Very close to the train station. We very much enjoyed our stay. '

'The front desk was very friendly and helpful. Although hotel is not far from train station, we were offered to and from complementary shuttle. The shuttle drivers were very nice. The basement room we stayed in was very spacious with a huge washroom and a kitchenette. House keeping was very tidy. The pool and hot tub was refreshing after a long day of hiking. Breakfast had a good variety. We really enjoyed the menu and service at onsite DUDE pub. Highly recommend and will definitely come back...
