'The hotel was very nice. The day staff were excellent. The night lady was pretty crusty. Asked her for a wine opener at the bar which is attached to reception. Was told “My co worker went to a party and didn’t show up and I dont know where it is. The next night we caught her with the opener in her hand and reluctantly let us open our wine bottle. '

This time it was completely different. We had booked and paid for a double persons room with a double king-size bed for three days. We got for the first 2 nights a single personsroom room with a single persons king-size bed. When we wanted a other too the told us it wasn't possible because the hotel was full. We had to...

'We had a great stay in the 4 bedroom apartment – it was clean and spacious. The only downside was that it had just one bathroom, which wasn't ideal for our group. The spa area was fantastic – very relaxing, with great facilities and a calm atmosphere. Plus excellent massage services. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
