'My only complaint, it would have been nice to have ski storage in lobby instead of hauling them up and down the stairs. Elevator very slow which is why we did stairs frequently. Rooms stay unusually warm so glad we could open slider to balcony to cool off. The had cider/water/cookies all day, very responsive to any and all concerns. Very comfortable bedding and pillows.'

'I want to start off by saying the staff at SkyRun were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. That being said, the apartment felt very neglected and pretty gross. The sheets were stained, the dish-ware was dirty, and the towels shed. While the cleaning people came back that day and re-cleaned the apartment, it seems like far too much money to be spending to show up to a dirty apartment.
