Negatief: Netheid, voorzieningen en staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
This hotel was a complete mess, first off all when I got my room my sheet had stains and then when I went to sleep at night the air conditioning was not working. I couldn’t sleep all night. The next day I talked to the front desk and they said that they took a look at it and fixed it. But it wasn’t fixed, it was still hot. And then I asked them to check again and they said that they looked at it and it looked fine. But again it was hot in there. I asked again, and then it took them 40 mins to send someone to the room, and the technician said that it is all fixed, and the person from the front desk also went to the room and said the temperature was good. When I went back to the room, the temperature was indeed cold, but what I realized was that they opened the window, and the ac was still not working. Now that seems like everything was fixed but the problem was it was 19 degrees outside, that is way way below freezing, it would be fine if they wanted me to freeze to death at night, or expected me to keep on opening and closing the window. I am really disappointed, especially being charged over a $1000 a night.
