« This is a beautiful 5 star property in a very quiet rural location. We were two coiples and had so much space to chill and two lovely bedrooms both with en suite was just brilliant. Plenty of storage, fully stocked and large kitchen and untility/ boot room if you go walking!! It is so beautifully decorated throughout we loved all the different lamps. « I don’t know if a review is needed as day 2 of our stay a for sale board appeared outside! Room sizes great. As November we didn’t use the outside facilities. Kitchen was well equipped. The radiator in the family bathroom a friend burnt herself. It does get red hot so be careful. We struggled a bit with the heating as it was really cold at the beginning and then extremely warm. « Great little apartment with fantastic views across the estuary. Location fantastic with a ten minute walk to Instow and the beach. Apartment very well equipped. Lovely little touches with decorations ( almost too many not leaving much work top space in the kitchen). Up to date photos would be good on cottages.comMay be a bit cosy with 4 adults (we were 3 adults and dog )Slightly nit picking, would have helped to have settee across the lounge facing TV.
