'I’m obsessed with this hotel. I travel often and have to say the experience here is top tier. The rooms smell so fresh and clean, everything is so aesthetically pleasing and comfortable as well. I was literally lying by the pool searching when I could come back. CON: Expedia listed the hotel as having an airport shuttle. 'Room was great and everything works and is clean. Cleaning staff and room service was responsive, all staff were extremely courteous and pleasant. Food quality overall is excellent, and the buffet always featured a good amount of healthy options as well. It's predominantly good, real food, with only one poolside bar serving american junk food. The e-boys / activity leaders really made our stay memorable, and our favorite guys were Francisco, Axel, Ivan, and Miguel.'

'Victor/jacob team were wonderful. Kept in touch with us by text, victor came to the room to meet us. Jacob went to our room to check on the tv. They were warm and friendly and easy to talk to!! The room was very nice but needed hooks in the bathroom for towels and robes. Every staff person we interacted with was kind and helpful'

'Leuk, kleinschalig (waardoor persoonlijker) hotel met ruime, nette kamers, wel druk bezet door veelal Mexicanen, ietwat gehorig. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, goed ontbijt met ruime keuze, waar voor je geld. Goedkoop naar Baja-maatstaf. 5 minuten lopen naar historisch centrum, strand is wel een half uur lopen.'

'We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful hotel! It's still under a soft opening so it's not quite running at full potential yet. No food / bar. The staff is beyond accommodating and kind. We loved the quiet rooftop pool area. It's in a busy, bustling area, so make sure you utilize earplugs. The upside to this is being able to walk everywhere. Also, we booked a suite on Expedia and it said it was 500+ sq ft, but it was maybe 200 sq ft. There is no privacy divider (only a glass door with space at...
