'Great stay'

'Parking...service...spotless...fantastico'

'Arquitectural style'

'Easily accessible to the event that we attended. Ran out of water for bathing, etc. on one of the mornings of our stay which was replenished after a few hours,'

'Gewoon een heerlijk hotel. Ze moeten nu echt wel het zwembad voor volwassenen repareren. Alle kleine vloertegels liggen los. Dit kan echt niet bij een 5 sterren hotel.'

'This hotel experience was fenomenal! The food was amazing, staff was friendly and accommodating. It was not crowded and every place was very quiet and clean!'

'First class all the way, food, rooms, staff.'

'Gorgeous property with very kind and helpful staff!'

'Decent stay but close to Saint Luke's hospital which was convenient.'

'The Hyatt Ziva is a beautiful resort. The rooms are kind of dated, but what the rooms lack the staff and the food definitely make up for would definitely stay again. I had a server by the name of Geo that worked the pool area and he was phenomenal thank you guys again. Service was impeccable.'

'It is downtown San Jose so Friday and Saturday nights were loud. They supplied ear plugs but be aware that there is a bar or club very close to hotel. Other than that it was a perfect stay. Staff was very helpful, friendly, room was clean and stocked with amenities.'

'Loved location staff and pool spa'
