'Great location...block off Main, near restaurants and shopping. Plus a River Walk accessible! Close proximity to many hikes-meadows of wildflowers and beautiful waterfalls. Outdoor space-great for grilling, having picnic, and listening to music in the park. We would definitely stay here again!'

'Great location, very nice setup. Can get loud on the weekend evenings until late due to bar next door. (Was fine on a Friday but Saturday we had to dig for earplugs to block it) Make SURE you dont park in the spot across the street on the second Saturday of the month as we walked down early with our ‘lake bags’ pack and nope, completely blocked in until 2pm. Would have been nice to know this as there is free parking after 5 all around the building and we would not have lost a day. Solid location...

'I rented the skoolie to stay in while my son & I explored Mesa Verde. It was such a fun experience! Gave us a bit of a glamping experience, which I appreciated. The craftsmanship of the interior conversion is outstanding. The owners were also very responsive and helpful with our requests. I would absolutely stay here again if given the opportunity. '
