« Le personnel ne parle pas Canadien ( Français et Anglais) »

« The whole building felt dirty. There was an abundance of dead flies littering the floors, and my room had some on the carpeted floor, and even the drawer in the night stand. The bed sheets did not feel clean either. The lack of an elevator, and other amenities were to be expected for the price, but the absence of cleanliness is not acceptable. I would not recommend the place, and i wouldnot go here again »

« Was a nice quiet place. Safe too, with chain5he on nt location. Staff were good, but Michael was the best. What a polite young man, all smiles and seemed like he really eas happy woth his job and his customer service is top notch!! Thanks for the great stay :) »

« We came to Sylvan for my daughter's 21st bday. The motel is pretty much what you would expect from one of the cheaper options in town. The guy running the place was awesome. Very friendly and accommodating. We learned they are being torn down for some fancy condos in tbe near future so you get what you get 😆 For a quick one night stop it was worth the price for a place to crash right on Lakeshore Drive. »

« Carpet not in best shape in the room. They told me I was upgraded!! Don’t see any thing different in the room that I was supposed to have. »
