'Heavily overpriced for the quality you get (on food and beverages). Also paying for beach chairs etc. Hotel is nice and we enjoyed the installation but food and beverages were very basic while all charged on premium rates. Also very high fees to rent beach equipment which in my point of view is outrageous. We have much better experiences in Hawaii concerning that so definitively something to improve. No problem to pay a price but you expect something in return which we didn't feel at all. '

'The staff here are amazing! Valet, bell desk, front desk, housekeeping, bartenders, everyone I encountered was so helpful and friendly. Our rooms got cleaned everyday which was amazing and we got a cute scrapbook from Shutterfly as a free gift & my son got a seashell Lei & they gave us a really helpful map of the island & recommendations of places to go. 'Hotel wordt aangeprezen als 5 sterren. Naar mijn mening is het hotel amper 3 sterren waard. 4 liften beschikbaar voor alle kamers, waardoor de wachttijd zeer lang is, schimmel in de kamer op de plafonds, badkamer veel te klein, feest tijdens ons verblijf van de U.S. Navy, hierdoor veel overlast van dronken gasten die voor de uitgang alles onder spuugde en constant aan het roken waren op de balkons en aan het schreeuwen waren vanaf de balkons.
