'The hotel was spotless, people were super friendly-they thought of everything!'

'Heavily overpriced for the quality you get (on food and beverages). Also paying for beach chairs etc. Hotel is nice and we enjoyed the installation but food and beverages were very basic while all charged on premium rates. Also very high fees to rent beach equipment which in my point of view is outrageous. We have much better experiences in Hawaii concerning that so definitively something to improve. No problem to pay a price but you expect something in return which we didn't feel at all. '

'The room was fantastic! It was clean and modern with a great view of the ocean and lagoon. Every staff member was super polite and friendly. Only issue I had was with the Friday Starlight Luau. The host started the night while there were quite a lot of people in the golden circle line, we couldn’t make out what he was saying. We felt they started without everyone being seated, like they started without us. For the 950+ bucks we paid, we didn’t like that feeling. Overall it was wonderful. '
