Perhaps a problem with Westerners like me, but I need a room to be at least down to 18-20 degrees Celsius/ 68 degrees Fahrenheit in order to sleep comfortably. The room temperature had a lower limit that was simply too hot to sleep comfortably. I ended using a large towel as my cover, but that still left me hot the entire night. If you need a low-temp,...

'非常舒適'

'We had an exceptional stay at this accommodation. The room was very spacious and comfortable, and it was spotlessly clean. A special call out for the friendly cleaning lady who did a great job and left us plenty of water :-) Everything was very new. Location was perfect for our trip to be near the Expo Centre. There is a metro line just outside the hotel'

'Clean facility, helpful staff, good breakfast selection.'

'泳池乾淨'

'スムーズなチェックイン、店員さんも丁寧で優しい。室内は清潔で、設備は使用しやすい。しかし一つだけ不満なのは冷蔵庫がないこと。夏の時期に、水や食事を冷やすことができないのは非常に辛い。'

'I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Wuxi! The hotel is pretty new, extremely clean, and well-maintained. The service throughout my stay from the front desk to house-keeping was top-notch. A special shout-out to Ms. Jia Li Wang at the front desk for being exceptionally professional, attentive, and helpful. Highly recommended, and I will definitely stay here again!'
