'Terrible dirty sheets; extremely dirty room, no hot water , extremely poor service.'

'I stayed at this hotel during my visit to Astana. The location is convenient for visiting some attractions, as it is close to the museum, a mosque, and a park. 'Enjoyed our stay. Good location for visiting our friends. Breakfast was simple and bottomless. Very helpful staff.'

'Very nice and helpful staff members, beautiful and very spacious rooms. Amazing breakfast.'

'Great Service! Staff is very helpful and polite. Large rooms and convenient floor plan. Close to everything. Property has spa, pool and restaurant with great food.'

'Good and friendly service, flexibil staff. No sauna in the sport space. Very important when you have such a cold winters .'

'Clean and spacious room. Great breakfast selection that changes everyday (including typical Kazakh snacks), though the hot foods are lukewarm at best. The room temperature was hard to control: the heating was too much and there is no way to turn it off. We had to use the air conditioner in October to bring the temperature down. Beware: the indoor pool is not included in the reservation unless your room level is high enough. This was not at all indicated in the reservation.'
