  • Aprox. 3300 'mooi huis geweldig om te zwemmen, varen en andere soorten wateractiviteiten. Perfect voor het belonen van uw medewerkers met een retraite aan het water of gewoon een rustige bijeenkomst met vrienden en familie.

    Breed riviergebied om te zwemmen en een groot dek biedt veel gebieden voor privézonnebaden en ontspanning.

    2 king, 2 queen, 2 full, 2 aparte bedden plus 2 futons een in de slaapkamer en een op de zolder boven, 2 draagbare kribben in de master walking closet. Master badkamer met jacuzzi en wandelen kast.

    Pooltafel, schaakbordtafel, 2 bars, een grote familiekamer, open haard, 3 tv's, Netflix in 2 tv's, draadloos internet, een dvd-speler, geluidssysteem met Bluetooth, werkstation met een printer verbonden met wifi, boeken, films en spellen. Buitenmeubilair omvat een eethoek voor 6 met een parasol, 6 ligstoelen, vuurplaats met een set van vier terrasstoelen, 2 hangmatten, 6 stapelstoelen, een draagbare koelbox en een grill.

    We hebben 5 kajaks, 4 paddle boards voor de gasten om te gebruiken, ook 17 reddingsvesten van verschillende grootte, 4 mini-systeem mini spin Ultralight hengels, en 3 reguliere hengels.
    Gelegen Ongeveer 1 uur. Om San Francisco & Napa wijnmakerijen, is er ook een wijnmakerij in Byron binnen 3 mijl van het huis.

    De ruimte

    U kunt genieten van de volgende activiteiten in dit prachtige gebied:
    zeilen, golfen, zwemmen, waterskiën en varen. Ook vissen direct vanaf het dek. U kunt er ook voor kiezen om in slechts een uur rijden van het huis naar Wine Country of San Francisco te gaan of te wandelen naar Mount Diablo.

There was 6 adults and 4 kids ages 2 to 7 and we had so much room for all 10 in the house and outside. The deck is perfect because it is all covered and plenty of chairs and tables to use. Had fun fishing off the dock, floating in the water and enjoying the beautiful sunsets at night. Cruised the bays in our boat at night and enjoyed the fast water during the day. Great place for large groups to stay and have fun!!

We had a great stay over the 4th of July. Some of the outdoor patio furniture was broken and left on the patio but it was no big deal- there was still plenty of seating and comfy options.Very spacious house, the pool table was super fun, and the dock and cove location were excellent. Thank you!!

We had a wonderful time with our kids and grandkids in this house. The location and water toys were amazing and really added to the experience. This is a high end house. The house could use a deep clean and there were a couple of safety issues. There is a couch in front of an overhanging bar. Several adults hit their head pretty hard as they sat down. There was an issue with the ladder into the water that caused cuts on the kids’ feet. Nothing serious, but it should be addressed. The kitchen was dirty enough that we didn’t use any kitchenware without thoroughly cleaning it. Having said this, we enjoyed our family time and relaxing with our family. This property just has so much potential.

The location was great. Perfect for a nice large family get together. The home looks really nice, however some things could be fixed, like the microwave doesn't fit, the faucet doesn't adjust to spray, the water in the kitchen gets way too hot. The views from the patio were great. The beds were comfortable. The house was clean and well appointed. The pool cues all had broken tips. The paddle boards were missing plugs and would start to sink, and missing or broken fins. The Oars were mostly not in working condition. There were life vests. I was happy we brought our two boards. It was safe for our toddlers because there's a gate from the porch to the water. We used the bbq, but had to really clean it up and unclog it to get even cooking surface. Many pros and cons. We did enjoy our time there.

Kitchen was filthy. Needed a deep clean. Sticky food spills inside cupboards and on dishes. Dead roaches in traps and spider infestation in the kitchen. Contacted host asking for assistance and someone to clean. She threatened us with eviction 30 minutes after arrival. It’s unfortunate because the area is beautiful, the view is gorgeous but the home needs pest control and a very very deep clean.

Large family stay

This place was great for accommodating our large family for 4 nights. We enjoyed the pool table, bbq, fire table, and made use of two kayaks. If you plan on swimming you will have to go elsewhere as there is lots of seaweed.

Spacious, fun spot!

We really enjoyed our time here, our only complaint was it wasn't long enough. The deck is wonderful spot to gather, the water toys were great. Beds were comfy and extra bedding was plentiful.

The house is old and needs upgrades big time. Grill had no propane, when I went to get some it still didn't work properly, one of the gas tubes was broken. Then the stove grill inside didnt work and screetched when trying to use fan. The fridge has no shelves in the door for storage, no ice maker, no lighting in living room, master toilet about to fall off, life jackets are not as many as it shows in add, the dock ladder about to fall off( not attached to dock in 1 side),water was green. Nephew came to snorkel and said he couldn't see past like a few inches in front of you. Also broken furniture in the left corner of deck which can be a hazard since it has the nails sticking out of stuff to deter the birds.Definatelly not a place I would be visiting again. For the money they charge, not worth the fee. Fees way too high for this old house.I will give 2 stars only because at least my nephew was able to catch some bluegills and they enjoyed the kayaks!

Very spacious home that has room to spare for a large family. Large modern deck with shade and space to dock multiple boats. Home comes with many paddle boards and kayaks that are available for renters to use. House and furnishings are showing their age and upper floor bedroom and bunk room can be warm at night.

The host was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early.The house was in a beautiful spot for our family gathering. The bed space was represented weird on the website compared to the actual places the beds were. We also found one crib instead of the two listed. We noticed that the house had a few things that needed to be updated or replaced. Fixing those would make a bid difference. The dock, kayaks, pool table, back patio, gas firepit and gathering space were HUGE pluses. We enjoyed our stay!

Good for a guys group. Best thing about the place is the outdoor deck and the boat slip. The place is tucked way in the back of the bay, however, and it takes about 15-20 min to get out to fast water. We also had a major problem with the kitchen plumbing. Water would not drain so had to use the laundry room to wash dishes.

Nice retreat

Though some features were surprising (shelves removed from the fridge, kitchen sink tap missing the switch to easily change it from pot filler to spray), the building is spacious, comfortable, and built for lots of different socializing spaces. We used 5 different locations/tables for different conversations, over the weekend, and each had strengths.

Great property!

This property was in a great location. The deck was perfect for relaxing and enjoying time with family. Plenty of space in the house for all Of us and the young adults in our group really enjoyed the pool Table. This was a last minute change to our plans because the property we had rented was not clean and ready for our arrival. Lucia went out of the way to work with his and accommodate our group in the middle of the chaos that was happening with the other place. We highly recommend this property and would come back again.

Group ages 3 to 70. Nice home and accomodated the group well. Location is great when you use all the recreational options supplied by the owner. AC unit not an adequate to cool home in excessive heat. One queen bed cannot really be used due to mattress issues.

Great place, just needs little tlc

Excellent location, huge place. Would have been 5 star except for fact that hvac couldn't keep up with the heat. Most of beds are 2nd story, and had a hard time getting temp below high 70s and low 80s. Also in need of some minor repairs to primary door to patio and dock. Kitchen was great for cooking for a crowd. Huge selection of water toys, and beautiful dock that easily fit three boats. All in all, an excellent value.

We rented this property for a retirement getaway for some colleagues. There was a major sink backup/plumbing issue that occurred between the kitchen and bar sinks which caused a terrible smell and panicked bailing of water on our first night in the home. We contacted the owner and she sent a plumber to snake out the drains, but unfortunately the plumber didn't arrive until after 11pm so it was a very late night managing that. We appreciated the owner checking in with us the following morning to see how things were going and whether the problem was resolved. Thankfully it was.As mentioned by other reviewers, the home is in need of some updates. There were plenty of cooking pots and pans but the stove was sooooo slow to heat up that it took a long time to get our meals prepared. The fridge doors didn't have any storage (broken off). The dining room furniture is white and was dirty. Some of the outdoor furniture also needs replacing like the hammock and a chair or two, yet most were functional. It was a hot weekend. The air-conditioner was not very efficient, and we couldn't change the temp on the thermostat so it felt pretty hot at bedtime and some windows didn't open. Loved the kayaks and paddle boards! Our group thoroughly enjoyed them! Chatting on the deck with morning coffee and evening cocktails were highlights too.Overall, we had an awesome time with one another and that's the main thing, but some upgrades would make a big difference in the value of this listing.
