« We had a family reunion with 21 people in the house much of the time (only 12 overnight visitors). It was roomy and we made use of the game room, fireplace, and barbecue. It was a perfect setting for this event.My only suggestion is to have a diagram of the placement of bedrooms on the lower level so that people can anticipate who would share bathrooms, who would have the room with access to the hot tub, etc. »
