'Hotel vicinissimo all’aeroporto che effettua anche servizio pick up. Struttura nuova e pulita, wi fi veloce. Comunicazioni con hotel lente e poca scelta alla carta di cibo. Non servono alcolici. Hanno dimenticato il servizio sveglia richiesto.'

'The staff were nice and friendly, but place itself was run down and not properly maintained. The bath and shower were filthy and water taps were not functioning properly. There were bed bugs and other insects under and around the bed. The property itself was in a prime location which is why I stayed.'

'We were visiting Bangladesh from Canada. This was by far the worst experience we have ever had with any hotel internationally. The check in time was very delayed. They could not give us a meal after we ordered one. The toilet did not flush properly, Washroom door did not close. Our room’s faucet/shower only had hot water. The staff and general manager were liars and did not give any apology. There is no shuttle service although they advertised this. I would give this place a 0 star if there was...
