« Hotel vicinissimo all’aeroporto che effettua anche servizio pick up. Struttura nuova e pulita, wi fi veloce. Comunicazioni con hotel lente e poca scelta alla carta di cibo. Non servono alcolici. Hanno dimenticato il servizio sveglia richiesto. »

« We were visiting Bangladesh from Canada. This was by far the worst experience we have ever had with any hotel internationally. The check in time was very delayed. They could not give us a meal after we ordered one. The toilet did not flush properly, Washroom door did not close. Our room’s faucet/shower only had hot water. The staff and general manager were liars and did not give any apology. There is no shuttle service although they advertised this. I would give this place a 0 star if there was...

« pleasant stay at the hotel, however in the shower cabin there were traces of water from limescale certainly, the air conditioning control is not intuitive, access to the swimming pool is not allowed at night certainly to avoid inappropriate behavior, otherwise decent overall. »
