'Surf Club is a no frills beach house type motel that still offers all the modern amenities like in-room coffee maker, fridge, micro, wifi, etc (kitchenette). My wife and I felt like we were in the nostalgia of the 1960's. Couldn't care less that there was no elevator, the hotel is only 3 floors and there's an awesome retro dumbwaiter that takes your zooms your luggage to your floor. The staircase and hallways are narrow, and of course they are, because that's a 1960 beach front hotel. It was...

'Kudos to the cleaning staff and front desk for finding an item I left in my room and then contacting me right away. They made it very easy to retrieve my item at the front desk.'

'The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The room was nicely equipped. When we arrived in the room, there was some sand on the floor and a little on the couch, which was disappointing. It is next to a beach so maybe not preventable but I think it could have been vacuumed a bit more carefully. Otherwise, the room was clean and the bathroom was spotless. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. '
