'Everything was close by and walkable. Breakfast service could improve...too busy to keep up. Because its quite a historic building it has some distinct odors. Great view looking out to the beach. Beach is literally 1 step out of the back door!'
'We had a lakefront room where you could walk out of the sliding glass door and you were on the beach. There was a fire pit and lots of chairs. Very nice beach area. Nice breakfast. Nice pool. Looking forwards to staying there again.'
'Our family had a great stay at Mission Point. The grounds were absolutely beautiful and well kept. We stayed in the straights lodge. Nothing fancy about the rooms but sufficient for our stay. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner at the Round Island Kitchen. Food was great. I liked the location of the resort. It was a good walk from downtown and away from all the commotion. '

In the evening they start campfires right by the lake they even bring s'mores for you. Quiet, clean and very peaceful.

Great if you have a lot of luggage and don’t want to hire a horse taxi or cart . Room was stunning and included a nice dining table we could all sit at and enjoy our fudge and treats ❤️ A+++'
'The property was clean and well situated in the middle of Mackinaw City and Central Ave. Plenty of shops and close to the ferry to Mackinac Island. We originally booked for one night, but ended up staying two, and would definitely stay again. '
