'-We stayed in room 101-it was almost unbearable listening to the people staying above us walk around. No sound proofing. -We purchased round trip ferry tix thru the hotel at the dock. On return we could not find them. The hotel told us to go thru the ferry. The ferry said it should have been handled at the hotel. We had to pay for the ferry tix AGAIN. I felt that was a total racket! There’s NO EXCUSE for that one!! We were tired and ready to go home-had no energy left to argue nor try to prove...

'Literally walk off the ferry and you're there. We had a dock facing room which was quite nice, albeit loud as the ships sound their horn each time they leave the port. This hotel is centrally located and everything is within walking distance. The staff was absolutely excellent and each day, we were given a few small treats to enjoy and a bottle of wine was in our room when we checked in. The was our first time on the island and we will definitely stay here again.'

'We absolutely loved the dog otis, but were sad they don't share breakfast with other hotels anymore and slides should be fixed or replaced and pool area fixed up. Staff were absolutely amazing and very friendly. Other then some pool area maintenance badly needed the hotel was great!! '
