'The lack of a lift to the second floor made it difficult to carry cases up to the room. The water from the shower ended up on most of the bathroom floor. The quality of the sound from the TV was poor. It would be helpful to have a rear entrance to the hotel from the car park. We could not get the air conditioner to heat the room. The central location was very good.'

'There was no soap available for washing hands, however the coffee machine and microwave were definitely handy. Also, we struggled with the pillows - they were very hard and big. It would have been good to have a couple of additional pillows as an option for use. Also the water temperature in the shower was slow to respond and my partner had to have a cold shower after me, despite my shower being short.'
