'I really enjoyed my stay at Pyramid Hotel and Resort. The views are stunning, staff are exceptional and gracious. Massage is included in the stay which was lovely as well as a buffet breakfast. I removed one star as there was only hot water for shower one out of four nights.'

'The staff is friendly. The pool was very dirty. And the room had coackroaches.'

'Paid for an executive room and was given a standard room.'

'The can't even check the reservation on expedia. DO NOT BOOK HERE. They don't even help you. And good luck going to the expedia support. They can't contact the property aswell. Absolute Crooks.'
