'Everything is great, but there are no places nearby to buy things, so please prepare what you need in advance.'

'I really enjoyed my stay at Pyramid Hotel and Resort. The views are stunning, staff are exceptional and gracious. Massage is included in the stay which was lovely as well as a buffet breakfast. I removed one star as there was only hot water for shower one out of four nights.'

'The staff is friendly. The pool was very dirty. And the room had coackroaches.'

'The staff all very professional, courteous and friendly, always willing to go extra towards guests and very helpful with smile I have enjoyed and appreciate very much the variety of food available for breakfast'

'We had a very peaceful and pleasant stay. The gardens are large, lots if flowers, large trees, birds, and monkeys. The facilities need some maintenance and the trash should be picked up from the gardens. A great value and a nice refuge from Addis. Horses were fun and the staff were very helpful. The restaurant had good food.'

'The can't even check the reservation on expedia. DO NOT BOOK HERE. They don't even help you. And good luck going to the expedia support. They can't contact the property aswell. Absolute Crooks.'

'"I had an amazing stay at Haile Resort! The service was exceptional, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was very peaceful. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Highly recommended!"'
