'The hotel is new and the rooms are spacious. Excellent location as it’s linked to a big mall with many dining options. But what really stand out is the staff. Though bookings were made via Expedia (we had 2 different arrivals and 2 rooms), I had contacted the hotel directly on many occasions with regards to our late check-in, lower floor rooms, rooms near each other and our dining reservations on New Year’s Eve. She helped me booked my roundtrip train tickets from Kunming to Dali. And more. She is a very responsible & helpful individual.
