« The house was immaculately clean. It is very well kept as advertised. However, may we suggest some improvements?1. Provide a family dining table for family meals that seats 8 as a minimum;2. Supply at least one sitting chair in each of the large bedrooms;3. The backyard chair cushions are filthy and not maintained;4. The pool cues lack appropriate tips; and,5. The motion sensor backyard light is problematic in that it turns off and on at the most inconvenient times. »

« This was our second stay at this ranch style home. Our daughter got married in Chico and this house was the perfect place to stay! Plenty of room for the bridesmaids to get ready, etc.. It's about 20 minutes outside of Chico but well worth the drive. The host has a lot of items for entertaining and makes sure you have everything you need. »
