'I’ve stayed in this property 3 times. Each time the staff has been exceptionally polite and helpful. Great English communication if needed. The Onsen on site is amazing with a fantastic view of Fuji. I haven’t tried the restaurant for dinner myself so I can’t comment on that but for breakfast it’s great. The hotel is also 5ish minutes from the FujiQ Highland stop so it’s convenient to get to if travelling from Tokyo and it’s half an hour one way to the Chureito Pagoda and half an hour the other...

'Dit hotel is zeker een aanrader als je het naastgelegen pretpark Fuji-Q Highland gaat bezoeken. Het is een erg net hotel met vriendelijk personeel. De kamer had mooi uitzicht op het pretpark. Daarnaast heeft dit hotel verschillende restaurants en een kleine winkel. Het enige nadeel is dat de gordijnen niet goed werken en rond 4 uur (periode eind mei) was het licht op de kamer. '

'Goed hotel met uitzicht op Mount Fuji. Service en ontbijt zijn goed. Hotel is echter verouderd en aan renovatie toe. Gratis shuttle van en naar het station is ook een pluspunt.'

'Locatie was goed, wat verouderd groot hotel. Eten was oké, we vonden slechts enkele gerechten lekker. Ik kreeg omdat ik geen rundvlees at 3 x speklap in mijn menu. Dit had echt anders gekund. Jammer. Pluspunten Mount Fuji goed te zien vanuit dit gebied.En je wordt opgehaald en terug gebracht treinstation. '
