'Very stunning view of Mount Fuji. Feels like you are at the base of the mountain looking up . Food was very delicious for the breakfast and dinner and Onsen was very private . 'Overall is good but need to improve on check in process. Already done the pre-registration bug still need to key in the same information one by one for different person, snap a photo one by one, then continue by video call with customer service, very time consuming. The property itself is nice and great view direct facing the Fujisan. We enjoy the BBQ on the balcony and jacuzzi inside the villa. '

'到河口湖駅約十多分鐘巴士，但班次較疏及尾班車很早收，酒店再向山上走可到富士山遙拜所、母の白滝，約三十多分鐘路程，但景色十分優美，值得一遊。附近較少食店，晚餐選擇更少，越夜越難找。住宿有兩層十分寬敞，地下有獨立燒烤地方，二樓有大露枱，看到大部份富士山，住宿內設備齊全，不喜燒烤亦有廚具可煮食，公用地方有洗衣機。房東十分熱情友善，離開時還駕車送我們至富士山駅，真的感謝！'

'The stay was good, nothing much to complain about. However, if you have heavy luggage beware the stairs. Also the washing machine takes forever to dry. Could clean the toilet better.. There was a weird smell. '

Great views, Ok service
"Good hotel, beautiful location on top of the hill with a great view of lake kawaguchi. The onsen was great and also with a view over the lake which makes it very nice and chill. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Just a few minor points from our point of view. Massages were done by an elderly couple. The woman gave an Ok massage, but the man was not good at all. We paid 14000 yen for an hour. Do not book this, not worth it! 2nd we specifically asked for the room to be cleaned, but they did not. 3rd having paid €255 per night we asked for a bottle of water at check-out but they would not give us water and told us to buy it at the vending machine. "
