« A cosy home for us »

« Stayed 4 nights went well overall, however its more the experience afterwards that brings everything down for me. Hours after check out i recieved 4 messages through the app and text and 1 call from him about some child lock on a door being broken (photo attached) i hadn't even noticed it until later in our stay. When i removed a bag i had on the desk. My sister-in-law has the same child locks in her house, so if i did want to get through it i would know how, and there is no way my 5 year old...

« Centrally located in Tuggeranong close to food outlets, shopping and clubs. Plenty of parking and the staff are professional and friendly. The room was very clean and large. Only downside was the elevator noise. »

« Comfy beds but cheap bedding/pillows/sheets etc. Balcony waa disgusting and dirty however everything else was very clean. Annoying that there was not enough plates/mugs/bowls etc for four people when it’s a four person apartment. Only one access key provided. Check in was a nightmare - zero communication and their method of check in was very confusing and it was hard to get in touch with the staff. Overall a lovely place. »
