'Nice location and very clean'

'Watch out for hidden charges at check-in. £50 taken from my bank immediately on top of the room charge. If I wanted to purchase anything extra, I would have paid at the time of purchasing. Now having to wait for a refund. This was not transparent enough in the T&Cs even within the confirmation email. Lifts old and creaky despite £3m upgrade, shower tiles grubby, mini bar only stocked water and wasn’t clear if this was complimentary, broken usb port by the bedside and heating system didn’t work...

'Absolutely loved this hotel! Very warm and friendly staff, even gave us a freshly baked cookie. Spacious and clean rooms. Breakfast was fantastic with a lot of variety and even complimentart à la carte options as well. The HDMI port and mirror heating were very thoughtful!'

'The family room was very small for an actual family. Two beds, but really one bed and am uncomfortable sofa bed. Not much room to move around and chill once they were both up. Also everything was bit tired and dated. Marks on the wall, the blinds and the door was very very chipped. Pillows were very uncomfortable. Breakfast was fab. Shame that the opening and closing hours of the pool are restricted for children. '

'prima Hotel, erg dichtbij het vliegveld Leeds, LBA, 10 minuutjes rijden. Restaurant helaas was al bezet maar in de bar kon gelukkig ook gewoon diner besteld worden en daar gegeten. Kamer prima in orde, wifi iet wat langzaam maar dat is Engeland...'

'Het hotel bevindt zich op een groot parkeerterrein (services) met diverse eetgelegenheden. Leeds en York zijn goed te bereiken. Kamers zijn ruim en comfortabel. Helaas was de volgende dag onze kamer niet schoongemaakt en hier kwam niet echt een professionele reactie op, later wel excuses.'
