'Clean rooms , lovely staff wonderful location . However it would be really helpful if there are some options of same gender en-suites .'

'Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing, and there were several issues that affected our overall experience. The host was unresponsive before our arrival and throughout our stay, only getting back to us after we had already checked out, despite our attempts to make contact. There were no basic essentials provided, such as toilet paper. The bathroom door lock was also broken, meaning we had to use the toilet and shower without being able to lock the door, which was uncomfortable . The Wi-Fi was...

'The rooms were very close to the zoo and Black Country Living Museum. Check in was easy and we received the codes needed on the morning we were arriving. The bed was comfortable and a small amount of tea/coffee was provided. The only negatives are that it was a noisy location and the rooms could do with a deep clean.'

'Mooi appartement met alles er op en er aan maar wel een kleine badkamer met een open douche dus alles wordt drijfnat. Ook het 2 persoonsbed (denk 140x200) was heel klein voor 2 volwassenen. Maar voor 2 nachten prima te doen en dichtbij centrum, pubs en restaurants.'

'The rooms were well prepared and clean. Location was very convenient for our needs during the stay. '

'staff friendly'

'I stayed here as I had an event I was going to at the CBS Arena and I could literally walk there from where I was, so it was perfectly situated for me. The apartment had everything I needed. The apartment did have a standing fan, although I did take 2 extra little portable bedside fans as the weather was particularly hot. The only suggestions I have is that there could be a better mirror or lighted up mirror for doing make-up. I would also prefer curtains to the blinds as these did keep banging...

'The room was a good size with a decent size kitchenette. It was nice that washing up liquid, cloth and tea towel was provided. Bed was firm but comfortable. The main issue was the heat in the room, it was 29 degrees all night. To be fair we are having a very hot summer but it would be good to have a fan to use. It was quite dark too and we needed the light on during the day, I don’t think the black walls helped! That being said, I would still recommend the apartments as they were ideal for a...

'Heel prettig verblijf gehad, zeer vriendelijke medewerkers en relatief rustige omgeving.'

'Booking is made on Expedia, but the you complete the registration on another site. Shower is built into a very small closet. Toilet is on the other side - in another closet. You have to straddle the toilet to use a hand basin that barely fits my hands and it's not possible to wash your face in it without splashing water all over the floor. Entrance way through to the room is in shockingly poor condition. Not the welcome one would hope to see. I would not recommend this room.'

'Nice apartment, as described, host was helpful, on price for the area but I think a bit expensive overall unsure why hotels in Wolverhampton are so expensive.'

'nice garden, relax place'

'The flat was well located for the NEC and sufficiently kitted out for our needs for a one night stay. Secure parking is great. The host was very responsive and provided very detailed information about check in etc.It does need a bit of a revamp though, freezer is very iced up, bathroom is a bit tired and kitchen tap was very loose when we were there.'
