« The fruit was not freshly cut. The fresh juicer was broken. There were no glasses placed near the juice bar. The chicken sausages placed in the same heating compartment so if you can't eat pork, you can't eat the chicken sausages either. The rooms were very dusty and the hallway hadn't been vaccumed probably for months. On the plus side the staff were very helpful and accomodating which made my stay nice. Also, the lighting in the rooms are very poor »

« The room was clean and tidy. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. There were ammenities in the room like a fridge, microwave and kettle with tea and coffee provided. The bathrooms were recently renovated and very clean, little note on the water pressure in the shower it would change from hot to cold, potentially an issue there to resolve, but otherwise it was a great stay, will be returning if we ever go back to Melbourne. Thank you. »

« Je devais ĂȘtre Ă proximitĂ© d'un apple Store(Fountain Gate) Ă cause d'une difficultĂ© avec mon ordi. Je voulais aussi ĂȘtre prĂšs de Melbourne. (Ns Ă©tions Ă 25 minutes par l'autoroute) Pour notre sĂ©jour de 3 jours, ns avons choisi un Comfort Inn. C'est une chaine qui nous a toujours donnĂ© satisfaction. Et çà n'a pas manquĂ©. MĂȘme le prix Ă©tait bon. »

« We booked a 2 bedroom apartment with twin beds in 1 room and whilst the hotel was agreeable to splitting a bed, it took over 24 hours to happen.
The patio had all services on it (hot water system and 2 aircon motors, 1 of which was not for this room), and the aircon drain was direct onto the patio floor, so you could not use the patio except to stand in the middle of it on a mat that was placed on it for water reasons.
The apartment was advertised to have aircon, but it was in the loungeroom...

« Shift staff not helpful n even cause nuisance to guest travel from far . After payment made, they will treat u like disposable commodity. A middle eastern front worker even question my receipt from hotel.com even though it is clearly shown paid with receipt details. What a joke . He just want to test my patience with lots of tricks jjust to make me find another motel after payment made. What a shame.

« It was quiet, which is what I wanted, everything was clean especially the bathroom and kitchen, the only thing that I would change is having it as non smoking, because it did smell of stale smoke and our bed was two king singles put together. »

« We booked more than 6 months ago. Arrived at the property after a long drive from syd. The property was clean and tidy but the sheets on 4 of the beds were damp. It seems they had back to back reservations and didnât have time to dry the sheets. Host told me to leave them for 20min and they would be fine!! »
