« Un conseil , si vous aimez la propreté n allez pas dans cet hôtel. C'est vraiment très cher pour le rapport qualité prix , le seul avantage est qu il se trouve à St kilda. Mais je vous déconseille cet hôtel de par sa fréquentation et sa saleté ( cafard ... ) »

It is close to the 109 tram line which is a direct route to Melbourne CBD and even closer to numerous restaurants on Bay St as well as Coles, IGA and First Choice Liquor. Very courteous staff and quick to respond to any request. »

« Really good location, close to nearby pharmacy & supermarkets. Good space within the room with nice view from the balcony. Bed was really comfortable. Disappointing though to find hair on the shower floor which obviously hadn't been cleaned from the last visitor. »

« This VRBO is the perfect location for those who want to live the "way of life" of St- Kilda meaning coffees, restaurant, night life, beach etc....10 minutes away of cbc of Melbourne. The kitchen and the dinning room are outstanding but the living would need a more confortable sofa and the bedroom, a more confortable matress. The coffee machine needs to be updated. I would recommand this VRBO anytime! Jamie, the host, answered our questions immediately. »

« Die Wohnung war insgesamt gut. Es gab einige kleine Mängel, so fehlt der Rauchmelder, das Bad ist extrem klein, es gibt eine falsche Gebrauchsanweisung für die Waschmaschine, der Spiegelschrank ist nicht mehr gut zu benutzen und das Haus insgesamt ist etwas heruntergekommen. Die Ausstattung war gut, gut renoviert, die Lage ist sehr angenehm. Gute Erreichbarkeit von Geschäften und Restaurants, sowie Tram und Metro. »

« 3 of us stayed here and suited us perfectly. Located in an area close to trams and supermarket. 20/25 min walk to Southbank or Port Melbourne. Kitchen stocked with everything you needed. Only thing missing was an iron and ironing board. Easy check in process and good communication from hosts. Only thing i would highlight is that there is zero privacy from neighbouring properties due to large windows and proximity.. just had the blinds closed all day but otherwise i do recommend this place. »

Un peu cher car excentré mais confortable
"Excellent accueil. Personnel vraiment à l'écoute. Très calme et confortable. Très belle salle de bain. Meubles un peu datés mais très propre malgré un canapé tâché. Dans un quartier calme mais . excentré. Le tramway devant l'hôtel est indispensable pour rejoindre le centre et les quartiers intéressants à visiter. Encaissé entre deux immeubles. Notre appartement avait une vue partielle sur la route et la chambre avait en vis-à-vis un immeuble. Pour le prix payé, malgré le confort et la gentillesse du personnel, j'ai regretté de ne pas avoir pris un hôtel mieux situé (à Southbank par exemple) et avec vue sur Melbourne."
