'Excellent place to stay in Pt August, close to major shopping and waterfront.
Large modern room with everything you would want or need including washing machine and dryer.

'The lack of a lift to the second floor made it difficult to carry cases up to the room.
The water from the shower ended up on most of the bathroom floor.
The quality of the sound from the TV was poor.
It would be helpful to have a rear entrance to the hotel from the car park.
We could not get the air conditioner to heat the room.
The central location was very good.'
