'We were in the area to see my daughter play college athletics. Love being this close to the Lake. Beach was amazing . Beach access just a few houses away.House was just as pictured. Comfortable with everything you would need. Was surprised there wasn't any shampoo and soap in the shower but I knew there was a store close by. Communication and access was very easy. '

I'd recommend staying here if you're coming to Rochester. The only issue was that there was a guy yelling at us from his car for no reason, but that's not a problem regarding the homeowner, it's just the area. '

'Cozy studio apartment in a cool historic building. Full kitchen, comfortable bed, full kitchen. Easy access to the building and the unit. Neighbors were friendly. It was very quiet and restful. Llianivelys is a great host - helpful, fast communication, great recommendations for local food (go to Tapas 177). Even provides a pass for off-street parking! Very nice. Thanks!'

'Not a safe neighborhood, building did not feel secure. The front door did not feel secure and opened directly into the bedroom. The place is the definition of lipstick on a pig.'
