« As soon as we arrived, the clerk told us how to get to our room, but it wasn't clear. The manager took care of us to show us our room. His purpose was to sell us the dinning facility, and he was a little too pushy for me! The driveway to the check in had a big hole which was easy to fix temporarily with a bag of gravel rock! The front door of our room was filled with sticky leaves from last fall. The environment around the Hotel is splendid. »

« Wagon was much bigger than we thought. Everything was very neat and clean and we had a great time making S'mores! Highly recommended! Fires by the fire pit were amazing! Very peaceful getaway and many "dog friendly" places in the area. The town of Penn Yan was a treat too. Communications with the host were a breeze. Enjoy! »

« The cabin was great. Bedrooms well kept and neat. Sleeps a lot of guests with the bedrooms, bunks and couches. One minor addition with that many people would be a small indoor washroom. I would recommend this cabin and vendor very high. God Bless and thank you »

« This house is a hidden gem. The house was so cozy and pristinely clean. The hot tub was meticulously maintained. The hosts thought of everything, from a fire pit with wood, a charcoal grill, and towels neatly labeled for hot tub use. We would happily stay here again. »

« We stayed for 4 nights in February. Lots of room for our multi family getaway of 6 adults and 5 kids! House was well stocked with kitchen essentials for cooking. Large table for meals was perfect and plenty of space in the living room for movie night. Communication with the owners was top knotch, very attentive with clear instructions and even recommendations for nearby wineries. The large front porch was the best part for us because it looked over a large yard with hummingbirds, butterflies, and deer, in addition to distant views of Seneca Lake. « The stay was fine. We had an issue with Wifi codes. The instructions emailed to us stated a different code than the info binder in the house and was different than the small plaque in the kitchen. The one in the kitchen was correct. Those others need to be updated so it's not so confusing.The remote for the LR TV would not page to the right so it was difficult to get anywhere since all stations/icons were on to the right.
