'The experience was above my expectations. We had a room’s upgrade and it was a nice start of our holiday. The kind receptionist Lucia always asked about our stay. We enjoy the full and complete buffet breakfast. The staff was really nice and kind always smiling to us. The swimming pool and the spa is a must. We enjoy the use of a sauna and the relax area included. Is a baby friendly hotel and I really recommend for the position, close to Asiago and the ski facilities '

'Reception staff were very friendly and welcoming although the staff serving at breakfast were not friendly as all. Varied selection available at breakfast. Room was clean and spacious and the bathroom had a great sunken bath. Bed was extremely comfortable. Great location-only a ten minute walk from the town centre and train station. Excellent value for money. '
