« I was very happy with the property. I shared the place with my adult children for a family wedding. It was wonderful to have some quality, screenfree, engaging time with them. We took full advantage of the games and cards provided. The bedding was sooo comfy that I came home and ordered the same pillows that were there. I would definitely add the fact that the water is “well water” to the listing so people know in advance to bring water. All in all a great experience. »

« Beautiful place tucked back in the woods. Very relaxing and incredibly clean. The free coffee was a nice touch too. Will 100% be returning to The Gunks because of this house. »

« Overall, property was nice and quiet. Host was very responsive to my questions when I texted. They came right away to drop off some essentials which was very nice! The only true complaint is the couch, especially being indoors during our stay because of the weather, the couch was a tight squeeze for 2 of us to spend extended periods of time on it. But the beds, very comfortable, shower was hot and pressure was good. Would recommend »

« Stayed here over Memorial Day weekend. The property is just as colorful and comfortable as the photos! Had a great time here with three friends- would recommend for young groups, since the kitchen is tight and the beds are low. We were able to cook wonderfully and make fires. « Oh, I gave this property excellent scores for all the questions but I am reminded now by the suggestions for what to write about about the fact that it listed an Ocean view, which is obviously a mistake. It’s nowhere near the ocean. There’s no ocean view. It is in the woods it’s secluded.I actually took a very little walk in the middle of the night in the dark using my cell phone flashlight and got kind of lost for a while, but managed to find my way back.
