'awesome spa'

'My friend and I enjoyed staying at the bunk house a lot. We didn't spend a lot of time in town or around the property but it was very charming! Everyone was really friendly and helpful with any question we had. We will definitely be interested in coming back to stay again.'

'For a lodge charging $500 per night for a standard king room, we expected a peaceful, relaxing experience in the Catskills. Unfortunately, our stay was the opposite. The biggest issue was the complete lack of soundproofing. Our bed was positioned directly against the wall behind the main entrance door, so every time someone entered the lodge, it sounded as if they were coming into our room. We could hear conversations, every door slamming, and virtually all the noise from the common areas. On...

'Beautiful Location. Clean room, staff was very helpful. Food options where very limited.'

'Very nice staff. Delicious pastries for breakfast.'

'staff was super friendly and room was super nice !!'

'Good stay for the price.'

'Overall, I enjoyed my stay at New Paltz Way! The property is beautiful, aesthetic, and calming. I actually plan to create content highlighting my experience. Unfortunately, my flight was delayed, and after a 1.5-hour drive, I arrived around 8:30 PM. Because of my late arrival, I felt I missed out on a proper introduction to the property and don’t recall checkout time mentioned . My biggest disappointment, however, was the lack of communication surrounding checkout. Apparently, the checkout...

'Clean room, staff was nice'

'Nice , modern and clean.'

'Laat ik beginnen met het enige wat niet goed was, dat was het extra (derde) uitklap bank/bed. Comfort van extra het bed is slecht. Nadeel is dat er geen raam open kan in de kamer. Verder een erg mooi hotel. De kamers zijn ruim en mooi ingericht. Fijn dat er een complete keuken aanwezig is. Ook is er een mooi zwembad. Hotel ligt naast winkels en shopping mall. Dus goed voor shoppers.'

'Bath tub and toilet had hairs. Extremely outdated. Got another room, no apologies. Never again.'

'One female receptionist on duty spoiled our initial experience to the point of no return. We called ahead for early check in availability and were told that it would cost $50 per hour. We said we'd drive up and see what time we got there. We were there at ~ 1:45 pm. I asked what time we could check in and without even checking the availability she told me abruptly " Check in is at 3:00pm.!" I checked online, there were 7 identical rooms to mine vacant. Continental breakfast.....The...

'There were a mix of pluses and minuses but on a whole once I checked in it was a good experience. The property is beautiful, my room was clean, comfortable and the breakfast and service in the morning was efficient and friendly. That being said it was impossible to get in touch with this staff beforehand and they’re running on a skeleton crew, with workers on the premises only a few hours a day. The restaurant, Henry’s, on the property is closed, the spa relocated and the bathroom in the...
