'My partner and I stayed here while visiting North Caicos and were extremely pleased with the location, the cleanliness of the villa, and the surrounding area. The property is just a 1-minute drive or a 5-minute bike ride to a gorgeous, secluded beach, and about a 20-minute drive to nearby restaurants. 'I had a great stay at Venetian Breeze Cozy Studio. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish, which made everything smooth and easy. The studio itself was comfortable, and having beach chairs and umbrellas available was incredibly helpful for enjoying the beach without any hassle. 'Our stay at this Villa was amazing. This rental is situated in a great location near the middle of the island. From this location you can travel to either end of the island in a short time. 'Beautiful room with single bed and couch. Beautiful view. Loved the washer and dryer and cooking facility. Very nice pool. Easy walking to several restaurants and the beach. Had snorkel and beach gear with room. Suggestion: rent a golf cart or a car. Getting to town or anywhere with shopping is a drive. But the property is excellent.'

'Property exterior was not kept clean. It was dirty. We stayed 8 nights and the exterior verandah was not cleaned even once. Room was very basic but clean though. Kitchen lacked utensils and the ones which were provided were in bad shape. The stay was just ok. I would not stay again.'

'The locate is so peaceful and close enough for local beach activities, restaurants and shopping centers. The neighborhood was well groomed with no local disturbance of crimes. Some building constructions was going on and it was not disturbing at all to my early morning rise I loved it, Mrs. Sophie is awesome!
