« The room was clean and decorated nicely. Bathroom was clean as well and had nice water pressure. The view of the lake from the room was amazing! The owner sent me a text message with the room # and code for the lock around 3 pm which was nice. I also left my charger in the room and the owner is nice enough to mail it back to me. »

« As soon as we arrived, the clerk told us how to get to our room, but it wasn't clear. The manager took care of us to show us our room. His purpose was to sell us the dinning facility, and he was a little too pushy for me! The driveway to the check in had a big hole which was easy to fix temporarily with a bag of gravel rock! The front door of our room was filled with sticky leaves from last fall. The environment around the Hotel is splendid. »

« Sarah is very responsive to communication. This was our second stay at this special cabin. We love the location, the drive in to cabin and the privacy. The beds are comfortable and the whole cabin offers coziness and charm! Even though it was a tad chilly, my sisters and I loved cuddling up on the screened in porch to watch the sun rises over the lake. We will be back!!! »

« This is a nice home in a very peace full quiet area. The large front porch was the best part for us because it looked over a large yard with hummingbirds, butterflies, and deer, in addition to distant views of Seneca Lake. The location is rural but still an easy drive to Watkin's Glen, Geneva, multiple wineries, creameries, and Farmer's Markets. Well stocked kitchen with lots of supplies for cooking and cleaning. « The stay was fine. We had an issue with Wifi codes. The instructions emailed to us stated a different code than the info binder in the house and was different than the small plaque in the kitchen. The one in the kitchen was correct. Those others need to be updated so it's not so confusing.The remote for the LR TV would not page to the right so it was difficult to get anywhere since all stations/icons were on to the right.
