'This house was perfect! It was a ten minute drive to Dreams Park and close to restaurants and the grocery store. It was clean, spacious, and had all that we needed for a comfortable stay. We highly recommend this property.'

'This is a renovated 150 year old home. One bedroom is down and 3 up a very steep and shallow stair case. Check in and out was easy, we loved the lovely little porch area. It is not more than 100 feet from a general store and a charming restaurant with excellent food. It is about a 10 minute drive to the baseball HOF.'

The house itself is amazing, and the peaceful setting in the woods was the perfect retreat after long days at the baseball field.It was set up perfectly for our situation. We had two families staying here: my son and I (while my husband and other son stayed at Dreams Park), and another couple whose son was also on the team. 'This estate was perfect for us. Less than 5 minutes from dreams park. So many bedrooms it fit our party very comfortably. Julie and her husband really bailed us out. Our previous host double booked us and canceled 36hours before check in. We got ahold of julie who was able to get everything ready for us within 24h of our trip. We are very appreciative of all the effort that went into it. The hot tub was great for our kids. There was a fire pit on site and there is a separate company who stocks...

'Great stay- the house was cozy for our Thanksgiving trip. We only had 4 but we could have been comfy with 3x as many people given all the bedrooms and bathrooms. Host was responsive and everything was as described. Would stay again for sure!'

'Extremely clean, host was very quick to reply to my questions and even started a campfire for us. My husband fished while I enjoyed the wine we were left by the host. The “outdoor shower was amazing and the restroom was very clean. They thought of so many little things to help make our overnight comfortable …and the Golf course restaurant was outstanding- laid back atmosphere and you can wear shirts and t shirt. On our list of favorites now. '

'Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. Pool and basketball court were perfect for the kids. Rooms are perfect with them each having their own bath. Wish they had a few more dishes and pots and pans considering how many people the house can fit but that’s a small thing. Only other minor complaint would be the water pressure in the kitchen sink and bathroom showers is low so be prepared for that. Close to downtown Cooperstown and dreams park if you’re in town for any of those things....
